SAFETY AND DURABILITY
At BRALO, we offer different solutions to guarantee the watertightness of the fastenings of our products according to the needs of each customer. Depending on technical requirements, gaskets or sealants can be used. Both solutions can be used on rivets, nuts or rivet studs.

SEALANT TREATMENT
It consists of a hot cured elastic polyurethane based polymer applied under the head of the rivet or nut in question. During riveting, the SEALANT adapts to the geometry, guaranteeing watertightness by means of an effective seal. It is applicable to all types of materials, with the advantage of eliminating the possibility of disassembly or assembly errors.
SEALING GASKETS
The pressure exerted during the riveting process produces the deformation of the joint, achieving a perfect adaptation between the fastener and the part.
We offer the following alternatives depending on the need for sealing in different fluids or gases; which require different levels of resistance to corrosion and temperature.
